This is the 2nd order placed and both times my products did not come when they were meant to. This time Australia Post said the parcel was left at our premises but I definitely did not receive it. After speaking with Kiera from Hux Beauty the order was ‘re-posted’ which I received the following day. I was at home when the postman arrived at my house so there was no discrepancy in the delivery. I would like to pass on my appreciation and thanks to Hux Beauty staff for rectifying the issue straight away. I love using these products and hope that all future orders are received without complication.
